All comments are appreciated, but if you hate this just leave. I don't expect this to be a real thing anyway. Warning: may have plot holes and what not. This really started out as a joke.

The Employee:
-With Comrade Vladof setting his revolution against the selfish capitalist corporations, he needs a mercenary to help him gain revolutionaries. He calls in some of the most fearsome bandit mercs on Pandora and places them in the "front lines" (how we don't know, but go along with it). That is on the very train the six Vault Hunters were on and the very train Handsome Jack has planned to destroy. After the explosion, only one of those mercs have survived with the Vault Hunters and that merc just happened to be an Ex-Vladof Employee, 18 and full of pride. Vowing for revenge against Jack, he will use his skills in the uprising of workers to survive the dangers of Pandora and ultimately bring down Jack.

Action Skill - Uprising:
-When activated, the Employee will yell and all human peons within a large radius around the Employee will turn on their former allies. Enemies affected will have glowing blue eyes and their health bars will change from red to green, showing alliance. Uprising enemies will follow you around. There is also a limit to how many enemies, up to 10, are affected and the alliance is not broken until enemies that are Uprising are killed. Uprising has a cooldown of 90 seconds.

WORK Skill Tree:

Tier 1:
Doing It Now
-Faster Reload Speed +7% each level, up to 5 levels.

Workaholic
-While firing, there is a boost in aim-down-sight movement by 7%, up to 5 levels.

Tier 2:
Anti-Procrastination
-Kill Skill. On a kill, movement and aim-down-sight speed increased by 10%, up to 5 levels.

Brutal Assault
-Every 5 shots fired by an assault rifle by the Employee has a small chance to split into 2 shots, starting at 3%, up to 5 levels. Amplified damage is distributed among the 3 shots.

Tier 3:
Total Alliance
-Game Changer Skill. Enemies who have been affected by the Employee's Uprising now run full sprint and will throw the same grenade mod the Employee has equipped. However, the rate at which Uprising enemies throw grenades is significantly lower.

Shared Profits
-Stack Skill. All damage done by Uprising enemies will add a stack of Shared Profits. Each stack gives the Employee .25% damage increase to assault rifles, sub-machine guns, and shotguns. There can be up to 100 stacks of Shared Profits.

Tier 4:
Grade A
-Melee Override/Game Changer Skill. The Employee now melees with an "A" Stamp. Enemies hit with the Stamp will take 30% more damage by Uprising enemies. Marked enemies also have a huge Vladof style "A" over their heads. Up to 3 enemies can be stamped.

Tier 5:
Maximum Wage
-Shield Capacity decreased by 5%, but currency is dropped and found 10% more frequently and is worth 10% more, up to 5 levels.

Tier 6:
Follow The Leader
-WORK Skill Tree Capstone. When Uprising is activated, 3 out of the 10 Uprising enemies will wield the weapons equipped in 3 of your weapon slots, basically taking them out of your grasp. Those equipped with said weapons fire them at an increase fire rate and are more accurate with them. To get them back, the Up risers with the weapons must die or you may get them back by "trading" a weapon that you are currently holding with the weapon they are holding, with E or whatever button you have interaction set on.

CHANGE Skill Tree:

Tier 1:
Little Need for Worry
-Increase in bullet speed +7% each level, up to 5 levels.

No Partial, Just Completion
-Completely using up all the ammo in a magazine then reloading speeds up the reload process +3%, up to 5 levels.

Tier 2:
Pay Day
-Kill Skill. Killing an enemy with elemental damage increases damage coming from only that element, by 20%, up to 5 levels. The skill symbol will change colors according to what element you killed an enemy with, be it blue, green, purple, or orange. Explosive Damage will appear as normal yellow and normal damage does not activate the skill.

Allegiance
-Game Changer. If all 4 of your weapon slots have guns manufactured by the same company, all of them deal increased damage and have faster fire rate, +25.

Tier 3:
In High Places
-Game Changer. Using a grenade with no grenade mod equipped, if the grenade travels in the air for more than 2 seconds, the grenade will split into 4.

In Many Places
-Game Changer. If a thrown grenade explodes next to ones that haven't exploded yet, be it from a fellow Vault Hunter or from an enemy, the grenade and any around it will explode simultaneously.

Tier 4:
Nothing Can Hide
-Game Changer. Throwing an normal grenade that damages enemies will make their outlines show up for a split second and won't alert any of them. However, said grenade will only do 50% of base damage.

Any Spares?
-Bullet ammo picked up will replenish +7 more bullets, up to 5 levels.

Tier 5:
Accurate Depictions
-Fight For Your Life time increased depending on the amount of Up risers alive, 3% more per Up riser.

Tier 6:
Tis' But A Paper Cut
-CHANGE Capstone Skill. Health is replenished by 10% of melee damage from you or any Up risers and every hit will replenish 10 rounds to all of your bullet ammo pools. You may also hit any other Vault Hunters to replenish their supply, however it will take ammo from your pools.

COMPROMISE Skill Tree

Tier 1:
You Still Going?
-Reloading a gun before the magazine has run out makes you do 7% more damage with other bullets weapons, up to 5 levels. This skill lasts for 5 seconds, increasing by 1 second per level and has a cool down for 5 increasing by 1 second per level.

Done, Done, Done!
-Weapon swap speed increased by 8%, up to 5 levels.

Tier 2:
Stipulation
-The first shot fired by any weapon increases cool down rate of Uprising by 3%, up to 5 levels. It has a cool down of 3 seconds.

Certification
-Kill Skill. When an enemy is killed, the enemy drops a lethal stick of dynamite that deals 50% of base grenade damage. (I don't know if this is an actual kill skill, however you still killed an enemy so maybe it counts...?)

Tier 3:
Worth Something
-The cost of all things that need dollars is reduced by 5%, including New-U's, up to 5 levels.

Totally Rocket Science
-Rocket Launchers' reload speed and damage is increased by 4%, but launcher fire rate is reduced by 2% up to 5 levels.

Tier 4:
The Terms
-Shield recharge rate is increased by 5%, and delay is reduced by 5%, but health is reduced by 5%. Up to 5 levels.

Yeah, I Am Going!
-Game Changer Skill. Swapping weapons increases the next reload's speed by 50%, but all damage taken is increased by 30% during the reload.

Tier 5:
Our Roulette
-Increases critical hit damage by pistols by 25%, up to 5 levels. However, swapping to a pistol has a chance of hurting yourself, 12%, but doesn't increase when leveling up the skill.

Tier 6:
Living Under A Rock
-COMPROMISE Capstone Skill. After 45 seconds after activating Uprising, a small radius around you is now a healing radius, healing your buddies and any Up rising allies, and adding a damage resistance of 25%. However, you DO NOT gain the full bonuses of Living Under A Rock and instead take a smaller healing bonus and have a smaller resistance of 10%.

Personal ECHO:
Employee: Ugh, train smells like capitalism and corporations...
*Train sounds.*
Axton: Hey, you, uh, you from the military as well?
Employee: Oh, hello... if you consider the Vladof company a military, then yes... *short pause* Who are they?
Axton: Oh, them? Maya, siren. Salavador, duel wielder. Zero, over there -
Employee: Who's that, the one with the robot arm?
Axton: Gaige, she's totally badass, conjuring up a Deathtrap and stuff. Maya says there's one more but I can't find him -
Krieg: *Face appearing in the window* HELLO, NEW MEAT BICYCLE! WOULD YOU LIKE A SCREAM POPSICLE WITH A BLOOD FROST COVERING?!?!
Axton: *sigh* There he is. I have no idea why Maya brought him, but he seems sane enough, if by sane, by not killing us for his "meat bicycle."
Hyperion PA: Hello fellow passengers! Your destination "Death" is arriving! Please enjoy your stay!
*Loaders and Engies appear*
Employees: Here we go...

I don't know if I did this right, the skill trees and the skills are set up based around how I play Command and Conquer games and FPS's in general. Tl/Dr, the Employee can make enemies be his allies and his skills are set up to help defend him and his team. If there is anything you'd like to add, delete, or change in the skills, action skill or maybe the Employee himself, feel free.
