The Saboteur; Character Concept

For such a colorful cast of characters, it may be time to add some color by having a dark skinned female character, and thus, introducing Beatrice the Saboteur. Same format as my other character, will try to organize skill tiers later. Maybe add some pics.

Personality: Since Gaige is the spunky alternative girl and Maya is the mellow elegant girl, Beatrice is much more of a gruff tomboy. From her personality to her play style. No fancy powers or toys, just guts, guile, and guns.

Background: A freedom fighter who can not stand all the gun manufacturers and corporations running the show, and an idealist who wishes to reestablish democratic systems.

Design: Should definitely be more physically solid looking than the other two girls, but not so much to make her butch, nor be a stereotype of curvy women (no enormous boobs and butt). Her outfit should look the part of a rebel fighter, someone who thinks and carries themselves as a soldier, but has a ragtag feel to them; improvised and second rate gear, etc.

Action Skill: SMOKE GRENADE; Lobs a grenade that immediately begins to release smoke over an area. Enemies cannot see through the smoke and will be far less willing to fire through it. Enemies caught in the smoke will start coughing, unable to defend themselves, and try to flee the smoke. Beatrice and allies can see enemy outlines in the smoke from outside, and see enemy outlines outside the smoke from within. Only Beatrice can see enemy outlines behind the smoke from outside it. 10 second duration, 22 second cooldown.

Melee: The return of the Bowie knife just like the one Roland had.

Skill Trees:

The Fog of War: Action Skill Offense/Utility
Gamechanger; The Smoke will slowly seek out enemies if no enemies are located within it.
Gamechanger; Enemies that manage to flee the smoke have a chance for their weapons to jam, preventing gunfire for a few seconds.
Gamechanger; All enemies hit in the smoke have their shields bypassed.
; All elemental guns that fire into the smoke have a 20% chance per rank to automatically apply a status effect.
; Bullets fired into the smoke that hit an enemy have a 20% chance per rank to ricochet for 30% damage.
; Enemies killed within the smoke increase the duration by 1 second and increase the area by 1m per rank. Cannot happen more then once per 3 seconds.
; Increases Melee damage to enemies in the smoke by 50% per rank.
; Increases action skill cooldown rate by 5% per rank.
; Being in the smoke reduces status effect duration by 16% per rank.
; Gun damage increases by up to 12% per rank depending on how much health you have.
; Status effect damage is increased by 3% per rank.

Into the Mist: Action Skill Support/Survivability
Gamechanger; Allies can see enemies through the smoke just like Beatrice can.
Gamechanger; Enemy bullets that enter the smoke result in a shock spike that hits the enemy for 50% of the bullets damage in shock damage. Can occur every 5 seconds.
Gamechanger; Smoke Grenade now applies a slag effect to enemies within the smoke.
; You and allies regenerate 1% of your shields while Smoke Grenade is active.
; You and allies regenerate 1% health per rank while in the smoke.
; Kill skill. You and all allies near you regenerate ammo for a short while. Ammo regen increased per rank.
; Firing from the smoke increases bullet velocity and fire rate by 4% per rank.
; Recoil is reduced and Aim movement speed is increased by 12% per rank.
; Allies that leave the smoke carry some of it with them for 2 seconds per rank, keeping all the applied benefits with them.
; The smoke increases cooldown rate for you and allies in the smoke by 4% per rank.
; Shield recharge delay is decreased by 12% and rate increased by 10% per rank.

Freedom Fighter: Gun Damage/Ammo Regen
Gamechanger; Pressing crouch while moving in a direction results in a quick combat roll into crouching position. While sprinting results in a knee slide.
Gamechanger; Smoke Grenade takes the same deploying mechanics as your equipped grenade.
Gamechanger; Can use a second smoke grenade within the timer.
Gamechanger; Can know pick up ammo for gun types you don't need, replenishing ammo for your other gun types.
; Rolling reduces damage taken by 1.6% per rank for a few seconds. Does not stack.
; Picking up ammo yields in 30% more ammo per rank.
; Bullet damage is reduced by 2% per rank, but enemies receive an additional 10% damage over 5 seconds per rank.
; Overkill damage results in ammo regeneration based upon amount of damage. Regeneration increases per rank.
; Kill Skill. Increased weapon swap speed, aim speed, and reload speed by 7% per rank.
; Increased fire rate by 6% per rank.
; Increases health by 4% and melee damage by 6% per rank.
