This is my Borderlands/Zombie themed personal shooting range and camp site.
I have gobs of land and probably an unhealthy lust for Borderlands and zombies. So when I decided to build my own personal shooting range and micro-town campsite places like Jakobs Cove and many other Borderlands details flashed in my head. It's all still a work in progress and I finished most of it up after Borderlands 1 but I'm still drawing ideas from Borderlands 2 for more add-ons. The camp features 2 actual shacks you can hangout/sleep in, a voo doo stand and an ammo vendor stand for resting and loading the guns, a stone fire pit for grilling and a "bonemill" mausoleum which stores the fire wood. The range features a covered shooting bench for either righties or lefties and a target assortment of 4 lifesize clothed zombies set at 10, 25, 50 and 100 yards. I also made sure to include a radioactive barrel to rest cans, pumpkins and stuffed animals on.

It's all located within walking distance of my backyard so I'm kinda lucky I don't have to deal with the rules, fees and especially the public like you would at a typical shooting range. Plus, not many public ranges allow you to roast hotdogs while you shoot zombies in the face. My kids love it and my wife digs it so I'm lucky in that regard also. So when I get frustrated not having the Dark Night skin for my Zer0 drop for the 666th time (I'm on PS3 if anyone has one to spare) you'll find me firing off a few rounds out here.
