ideas for new characters

so we have gaige released for the time being and i was just what other ideas people could come up with for new characters and just go into as much or as a little detail as you want really :)

the only idea i could come up with is a midget character and his skill ability could be something like midget madness or something like that which could buff his heath shields and speed for a while while also increasing melee damage.
