Ogre, the Vault Hunter

BACKGROUND
(As Told By Marcus Kincaid)
Once upon a time there was a famous chef, reknown across three galaxies. He tasted the finest wines and ate only the most succulent neon space lobster. Yes, neon space lobsters. Shut up, those exist. Anyways, the chef was chosen to star in the survivalist reality echocast Celebrities Eating Gross $#!%. He and his fellow cast members traveled to Pandora to test their stomachs against beer-basted skag and stalker tartar. Unfortunately, their ship wandered into the path of a Hyperion moonshot blitz, and to make a long story short... they crashed. Lost to the badlands. Then, a year after Handsome Jack's defeat, the chef re-appeared. Pandora had changed him, as it often does. He was big. He was mean. He was conspicuously well-fed! Now he calls himself Ogre the Vault Hunter, and he wants nothing more than to serve his fellow man. Get it? Serve his fellow... Bah! You people wouldn't know cannibal humor if it bit you in the face.

CHARACTER
Ogre is a blood-hungry madman, as only Pandora can produce. Why he decided to join the forces of "not quite good but certainly less douchey" is unknown, but he seems obsessed with finding a doctor crazy enough to perform an operation for him. Perhaps under the belly-shaking laughter of a corpulent psychopath with an arsenal of bad cooking puns is a broken soul crying out for redemption. Or maybe Bandits just taste better. Ogre is for players who love close combat and taking a bite out of the bad guys. Literally.

DESCRIPTION
If Ellie and Mister Torgue had a drunken shame-baby, one they swung around their heads while rampaging through a combination football supply and butcher's shop, it might explain the mountain of fat, muscle, and ugly that is Ogre. One of the tallest Vault Hunters, he's also the thickest. Meathooks pierce his skin, cleavers hang from his belt, and a butcher's apron covers his prodigious gut. A heavy burlap sack, with fresh red meat and bone buldging from it, hangs over one shoulder and acts as his Class Mod. Hopefully, it's just skagmeat. Ogre's melee weapon is a spiked club he made out of metal scrap: a signpost, the chunk of cement it was attached to, lengths of chain, barbed wire, and railroad spikes. If he takes a level in "Punch Them With Lasers," his club sports Eridium shards, which glow according to the Elemental effect they have been enhanced with. If Ogre takes "I Speak Chopnese" as a talent, then during Ravenous Rampage his club is replaced with a pair of gigantic meat cleavers. Combining "I Speak Chopnese" with "Punch Them with Lasers" splashes the cleavers with warpaint, which take on the color of the Element they are enhanced with.

Kill Skill. Killing an enemy with a Shotgun or Rocket Launcher gives +0.2% Corrosion Damage per level per stack of Hunger for a short time and adds +1 Hunger stack per level.
Something I Ate [5:1/1]
Melee Override Skill. Pressing Melee causes you to vomit acid in a cone in front of you. Enemies that die from your acid have a chance to vomit acid onto other nearby enemies. Cooldown: 20 seconds.
Hunger Games [6:1/1]
Shooting an enemy makes him Smell Delicious, causing nearby enemies to attack him for 4 seconds. Only one enemy can Smell Delicious at a time. Cooldown: 25 seconds.

(45 Points) Improves survivability, builds "aggro," and gives your allies attack bonuses and support.

When entering Fight for your Life, you release an explosive shockwave that deals damage and has a chance to stun opponents caught in the blast for 2 seconds. Damage dealt may result in a Second Wind. Cooldown: 25 Seconds.
Aggro-Vation [5:5/5]
+2% Aggro per level. Taking damage while your shields are depleted adds a stack of Aggro-vation to a maximum of 20. +1% Damage Reduction, +0.5% Health Regeneration, +2% Ravenous Rampage Cooldown Rate per stack. Stacks decay after 3 seconds if you haven't taken damage when your shields are depleted at a rate of 1 stack per second.
Cast-Iron Stomach [6:1/1]
Health is replaced with Armor, with +100% Damage Reduction. Corrosion now deals +50% damage to you.

GRINDER
(44 Points) Focuses on melee and getting the most use out of Ravenous Rampage, dealing damage to multiple enemies with a Savagery mechanic. Dealing damage to an enemy or taking damage while your shields are depleted adds a stack of Savagery to a maximum of 100. Stacks decay after 3 seconds if you haven't dealt damage or taken damage when your shields are depleted at a rate of 1 stack per second.

Kill Skill. Killing an enemy with a melee attack restores 2% of your Health per level and adds a stack of Savagery to a maximum of 100.

During Ravenous Rampage, you have a 3% chance per level to have the Elemental effect of your currently equipped gun applied to your melee attacks. Elemental Chance and Damage per Second is determined by the equipped gun.
Furious Gorge [2:5/5]
During Ravenous Rampage, you gain +0.1% Maximum Health per level per stack of Savagery.
Work up an Appetite [3:5/5]
Up to 0.2% per level of overkill damage (damage that is over and above what was needed to kill the enemy) is returned to you as Health per stack of Savagery, depending on how low your health is.
Sweeping Strikes [3:1/1]
During Ravenous Rampage, Melee Attacks now strike up to two enemies within melee range. Enemies must be within your field of view to be hit. Melee attacks are slowed by an additional 10%.
Decapitatiooon! [3:5/5]
+1% chance per level that a melee attack will deliver a gory insta-kill to an enemy who has 10% Health or Less. Does not affect Boss enemies. Insta-kills grant 10 stacks of Savagery and refill all of your Health.
Ravenous Ravings [4:5/5]
Activating Ravenous Rampage grants you 3 stacks of Savagery per level.
Bite out of Life [4:1/1]
During Fight for your Life, pressing the Action Button will cause you to lunge forward. If you come in contact with an enemy, you deal 500% Melee Damage, instantly revive, and absorb the damage you dealt as health. Cooldown: 120 seconds.
I Speak Chopnese [5:1/1]
Your club is replaced with two meat cleavers, allowing for two melee attacks at a time.
Ravage [6:1/1]
Activating Ravenous Rampage with 100 stacks of Savagery instantly refills your health and grants +500% Melee Damage and +65% Damage Reduction. Pressing Action during Ravenous Rampage will release a Whirlwind attack that strikes all enemies within melee range. Whirlwind Cooldown: 10 seconds. Savagery stacks are completely depleted after Ravenous Rampage ends.

Price on my Zed [Level 10]: Ogre needs a doctor crazy enough to perform an illegal operation, but Zed has been kidnapped by a drug-happy Bandit clan, the Plagueblades.
