I want to possibly custom make a few pieces of clothing with MALIWAN designs.

I always thought that MALIWAN ELEGANCE skin's jacket looked awesome. I've looked high and low and can't figure out how I can possibly find a place that could produce some of these jackets. I think that most of you would probably jump all over a jacket like this, as would I.

Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts as to where I can turn, even if it's overseas (I live in NY), where I can ask to produce like 10-20 of these and sell them at production cost (no profit) to some people who might enjoy them?
