Before I go on describing the character idea I had for BL3, I just want to say that none of this is to be taken seriously. Gearbox would most likely, more like 100% certain, will never even bat an eyelash at any of my ideas but I still want my opinion out and see how others react. Anyway here's my idea for the Hitman.
Name: Kirk
Class description: The Hitman will be taking the place of the Hunter and Assassin of the new Vault Hunters. Headshots are worth more to the Hitman then the other class but aren't limited by distance. The Hitman will have perks that would increase his health and damage with both sniper rifles and shotguns, making him a well-rounded class when developed in a certain way. But in both long and short distance: critical shots are the beard and butter of the Hitman.
Action Skill: 'Professional Killer.' When activated, time slows down and critical damage increases. Headshot damage, itself, is doubled. Lasts for roughly 15 seconds.
Perk Tree 1: Precision (sniper rifles)
Perk Tree 2: Black Hand Style (melee damage and health)
Perk Tree 3: Violence (shotguns)
Appearance: Kirk, the Hitman, is dressed in a simple black suit with a white undershirt with a red tie and matching fedora. This is made in attempt to give him a mafioso look and a homage to Agent 47 of the Hitman series. Kirk's class mod is his tie. Kirk has short, black hair.
Background: Kirk was one of the most talented and brutal enforcer for the Grigori crime family. Till he was approached by local police with the promise of protection and a large bribe to testify against the family. Kirk agreed but after the trial, an assassination attempt on Kirk's transporter forced him to crash land on Helshelm. With his escorts dead and the Grigori family thinking that he died on impact, Kirk took the opportunity to work for another family but news of a Vault promised much more wealth and power then climbing up the crime ranks.
