Ilex the Siren, first skill tree (Tech siren)

Action skill: Phase shift
Press (F) to execute phase shift, in phase shift you gain 20% increased fire rate, In addition shooting an enemy gives you +2 ammo regeneration per second for a few seconds for your current weapon (except rocket launchers) and instantly begins your shield recharge.

Duration: 18 seconds
Cooldown: 56 seconds

Skill tree 1: Amped
This tree focuses on gaining amp stacks that turn your active shield into an amp shield

[0/1] [Amped] Every 4 seconds that you shoot an enemy you gain 1 Amp stack (max 100), for each Amp stack, a shot from a full shield will consume 0.4% of the shield’s max capacity but will add 2% of the shield’s capacity as amp damage on the fired shot. Amp stacks instantly decay when your shield is taken off or changed.
[0/4] [Gotta’ go fast] Increases shield recharge rate by [8%] and shield capacity by [4%]
[0/5] [Prepare for die!] Increases bullet speed by [10%] and movement speed by [4%]
[0/5] [Low resistance] While in Phase shift, shooting an enemy gives you [2] amp stacks instead of 1, in addition, killing an enemy in phase shift decreases the Cooldown by [1] seconds
[0/5] [Mechanical heart] Decreases your max health by [4%] but increases your shield recharge rate by [10%]
[0/1] [Two fer] While in mid-air, each shot that you fire that hits a surface other than an enemy will consume 1 amp stack and split into 2 child bullets that will fly towards nearby enemies. These child bullets deal 50% of the gun’s base damage each but apply full amp damage to each projectile. This can only occur once every 6 seconds.
[0/5] [Excess current] While your shields are recharging, you gain [2%] of the recharge rate applying to your health, this does not affect the recharge rate of the shield.
[0/1] [I explode frequently] Pressing (action skill) while in phase shift consumes 2 amp stacks and makes the next shot you fire that hits an enemy cause a large digi-splosion, any amp damage from that bullet is added onto the damage from the digi-splosion.
[0/4] [Super Luck] Each time you gain Amp stacks you have a [5%] chance to gain double the amount
[0/5] [Cybernetically enhanced] Increases your Cooldown rate by [6%]
[0/1] [Sting like a bee] “You guessed it” Any amp shot that you deal from amp stacks no longer has amp shot drain. While this skill is active, you are constantly slagged.

Other skills that i have though of include digisects, which infect enemies and deal constant damage and reduce movement speed for a few seconds, a melee override called Swarm sickle which infects eneies with digisects and after a few seconds causes a digisplosion that deals 20% of the target's health to nearby enemies (this damage would be capped obviously, my idea was the cap would be 1.3 to the power of the player's level)

Skill tree 2: Domination
This tree focuses on using methods to disrupt enemies and control the fight

[0/5] [Undying Force] Increases Fight for your life duration and gun damage by [4%]
[0/5] [Hair trigger] While you are wilding a pistol, you gain [6%] movement speed and fire rate
[0/5] [Digital overclock] Increases Phase shift duration by [2] seconds
[0/1] [Digizects] targeting an enemy and pressing (action skill) while phase shift is in Cooldown infects them with a swarm of digizects that last until Phase shift fully cools down. Infected enemies take constant damage and have decreased movement speed and accuracy.
[0/5] [Only bitch3s die!] While you are in fight for your life, your shield is fully replenished and upon getting a second wind you gain [20%] damage reduction for a few seconds.
[0/5] [Ultimate execution] Getting a critical hit while in Phase shift causes a digi-splosion which damages nearby enemies, this digi-splosion applies digizects for a few seconds to affected enemies if you have the skill. The damage of this digi-splosion is based on your level along with the amount of points in this skill.
[0/1] [Swarm sickle*] Melee override; Press (Melee) to strike an enemy with a digistructed sickle that deals +100% damage and knocks enemies back. This attack applies digizects if you have the skill, after a few seconds, the digizects disappear and cause a digi-splosion that has damage equal to 20% of the target’s max health, (this damage is capped).
[0/5] [Heart eater] you have up to a [8%] chance for all bullet damage you deal to deal 50% of its original damage and restore your shield capacity by that amount, the chance is based on how low your shield is at the time. (Critical hits will deal full damage regardless of whether the skill activates or not)
[0/5] [Cybernetic reflection] While your shields are depleted, all bullets that hit you deflected and are sent flying towards nearby enemies, deflected bullets inflict [40%] of their original damage to enemies and you gain [8%] damage reduction from deflected bullets.
[0/5] [Cybernetic Phoenix] Killing an enemy causes all bullets fired at you to have a [6%] chance to curve around you and miss. In addition If you have the digizects skill, nearby enemies will be infected with digizects until cybernetic phoenix wears off. (this skill lasts for 8 seconds)
[0/1] [Real horrorshow] When you activate phase shift, you summon two droogs that will charge towards nearby enemies. These droogs have health equal to twice your shield capacity and have 30% damage resistance from all sources. Enemies will always target droogs for attack rather than a player.
