I made this for BL1, but I figured I'd repost it here since it's based on the theme of BL2's DLC4.

Here's a list of effects (all special effects are temporary, usually around 30 sec, unless otherwise specified):
- Default: Regular contact grenade whose element depends on your equipped grenade mod.
- 01: Missiles are spawned which home in on the player. Not good.
- 02: Enemy movement speed is increased.
- 03: A fire craw maggot is spawned.
- 04: Player movement speed is decreased.
- 05: Mini Steve is spawned wielding a powerful custom weapon.
- 06: A projectile is dropped which causes an explosion that knocks the player and nearby enemies into the air.
- 07: A "Flubber" grenade is dropped. This grenade both causes an explosion and spawns another projectile every time it bounces. Its element is dependent on the equipped grenade mod.
- 08: Pearl surprise!
- 09: An Atlas bomb is spawned. If left alone, it will fly into the air and eventually explode. If "used", its launch will be disabled and it will explode on the ground when the timer hits zero.
- 10: Damaging an enemy will change its allegiance to "Hate All"
- 11: Ice damage is added to all the player's attacks
- 12: Homing buzzsaws are spawned. Their damage is based on player melee damage.
- 13: All enemies are slowed (movement speed, projectile speed, etc)
- 14: Alternating fire and shock novas are spawned repeatedly (lasts about 10 sec iirc)
- 15: Homing fire projectiles are spawned. These projectiles produce fire rain as they travel
- 16: Player critical hit damage is increased dramatically. This bonus lasts until you damage an enemy without killing it.
- 17: A friendly hybrid (fire/caustic/shock) skag is spawned. It is very powerful since it has an attached AoE of those three elements.
- 18: Five friendly fire-maggots are spawned. They are very powerful (probably too powerful actually).
- 19: A decoy of each of the original 4 vault hunters is spawned. Lilith has an attached fire AoE, and each vault hunter explodes in his/her respective element when the effect's duration ends. Also, the player is untargetable by enemies for this duration.
- 20: A friendly badass Shock Trooper named Blitz is spawned. His backpack is "use"-able, granting the player the shock-core boost when used (shield regen + shock novas). He wields a modified version of this custom weapon, and his shock gatling turret will sometimes fire off supply drops and health vials which home in on allies. Unlike the other spawned enemies/allies, Blitz is not on a timer and will not despawn unless he's killed.
