charactor creation is like any dnd game. feats will be added in. the element skills are resistences so if high explosive skill there mroe resistant to the damage [ the modifyer is the reduction]
class mods govern the skills. while eridian artifacts govern bonuses to elemental stats. rarity equips amount of skills on one mod. white =1 .and goes up. you roll the element if get two same element you take the higher value.
