ACTION SKILL: Gun roulette
Gives a random buff to your character or gun. Alternately, there's also the chance of receiving a debuff. The effect lasts for 10 seconds.
From a pool of buffs/debuffs, each buff/debuff has a base chance of appearing on the wheel. Base chance can be increase with skills. Then, the on-screen roulette spins, and whatever lands on the cursor is the buff/debuff you gain.
So the probability of gaining X buff/debuff is: (base chance of the buff/debuff being chosen) AND (1/6)
THE LIST/POOL OF POSSIBLE BUFFS/DEBUFFS (to give a general idea)
Extreme buffs, very low probability
GUN SHOT +3: Increase the number of projectiles shot by your gun by +3.
INFINITY SHOT: Allows you to fire continuously. However, action skill timer is reduced by 50%.
BINDSNIPE: All guns are automatically reload. All guns are set to 1 clip size (always 1 clips size, no clip size class mod can affect this). 1200% increase in damage.
BULLETSTORM: All guns gain a 50% increased clip size. All guns receive a 200% in fire rate. Also, all ammo pools are restored by 50%.
NUKE: You set off a nuke at your feet, destroying everyone around you.
Great buffs
SHIELD REGEN: Your shield constantly regens 8% per second for 10 seconds.
HEALTH POOL: Increase max health by 30%, restore instantly 30% of your health.
Small buffs, high probability
GUN SHOT +1: Increase the number of projectiles shot by 1.
CLIP SIZE +20%, AUTO RELOAD
FIRE RATE +50%
DAMAGE +25%
AMMO REGEN FOR EVERYONE! (bullet regen = 2*your level)
Small debuffs, medium probability
Same as small buffs (except gun shot + 1) except reverse.
Big debuffs, very low probability
TIME BOMB: Instantly go into FFYL. However, if you survive for 10 seconds, a nuke goes off at your feet.
OOPS: Drops your currently held gun.
THE BANE: Movement speed decreased. You constantly hear sounds as if someone was firing the bane nearby.
