This is my idea for a character class, I'm not going to go mong-scat and make an overly detailed skill tree because I'd rather see what the real devs could do with the concept, I'm just going to drop my thoughts here and there and see what people think. Obviously this isn't a comprehensive build as I stated before so these are just ideas, don't try to criticize them as a whole please.
Character concept:
A crazy Psycho bandit, he's decided to search for the vault for some lame-brained bandit reason. Totally a wacky character that doesn't need to make sense or be taken too seriously. Maybe a cracked Psychomask that only shows his mouth with a fiendishly disturbing grin. Sporting tattered and dirty attire and clad in armored shin guards and other such makeshift bandit technology. Constantly spouting out random inane bandit chatter. Uses the bandit's saw blade melee weapon and big blinking backpack covered with caution tape and warning labels on his back, you'll see why soon enough...
Customization would be a wide assortment of the amazingly cool Bandit masks from all across the game, with a cool tweak here and there to make them unique to the character of course.
Action skill: Suicide
Yes that sounds nuts and yes that's how it's supposed to sound. Using your skill grants you a boost in movement speed and as your skill bar counts down you rush your foes screaming gibberish. Once the timer runs out, you go boom... You deal more damage depending on how much health you have when you go. Can't shoot while running in with the bomb but you can melee, if you press the skill button again you can detonate yourself manually. There would be skills to help you get second winds after you purposefully down yourself and skills that help your team as well as skills that stack your explosive damage every time you down yourself and successfully get a second wind. So if you spec your character for suicide and use relics/shields with lots of health you could potentially deal catastrophic damage with your suicide skill and keep ramping that up as long as you can keep yourself from respawning.
You can't tell me it wouldn't be a gas to run into a crowd and shout some Bandity nonsense and blow yourself up for the sake of the team.

-Melee kills shorten suicide cool down
-Melee leaches health
-Melee override: Thrown "buzzsaw" weapon
-Increased movement speed after kill
-Increased melee damage
-Melee kills grant temporary shield regen
-Boosted movement speed while shields are down
Explosives/suicide
Improves explosive damage with all weapons and suicide action skill improvements.
-Drops three of your equipped grenades when you go down, giving you a suicide Psycho kind of chance at a second wind.
-When you blow yourself up you release transfusion orbs that heal your teammates based on damage dealt
-Increased fight for your life time after successful suicide kill
-Increased blast radius of suicide skill
-Allows you to throw grenades when downed
-Getting 3 or more kills with your suicide skill allows you to get an instant second wind
-Increased grenade damage
-Every time you get a second wind without respawning you receive increased suicide skill damage
-Suicide skill gains knockback ability
-Stacking ten detonations releases a nuke blast upon death/respawn
-Added incendiary/corrosive damage added to suicide detonations (nuclear fallout for the win)
Machine guns/Rifles
Machine gun skills, more ammo, more killing, more carnage!
Not sure what to do here but it would make sense for a bandit character to have a tree that's proficient with rifles.
Bandit guns have lots of ammo, lets make use of that trait here.
