THE SCOURGE
My custom character from "Bunkers and Badasses", a fan-made BL Pen and paper me and a friend whipped up, The Scourge is a new breed of Lab-Rat with a mission: revenge.
Having escaped from the Hyperion Wildlife Exploitation Reserve's eridium testing facilities, The Scourge (Nameless for the moment, outside his ID welded to his arm) has gained incredible Slag-related abilities, an Optic Blast, and rat-like qualities. With a fuzzy memory on what happened aside from getting selected for a "yogurt" tasting experiment in the mail, Scourge searches Pandora for answers, revenge on Hyperion, and of course: shinies.
ACTION SKILL: EYE BLAST
Scourge's Action Skill has him lift his goggles up and fire a cone of damaging Slag Energy. The range can be compared to about a "Car length" in front of him, with the cone's spread large enough to fit most anything on-screen in said range. All enemies hit have a base 50% chance to be Slagged.
Being an attack, this has no duration and a cooldown of about 30 seconds.
MELEE: Attacks foes with claws.

Scourge's skills revolve around Slag, his Eye Blast action skill, and the perks of being a Rat Bastard.

- Chemical Armor) Reverse Slag: While Slagged, gain damage resistance [Max 5]
- Mutagen) Slagged enemies have a chance to take Slag DoT much like other elements [Max 5]

- Secondary Mutation) When your shield is broken, you have a “Slag Aura” that will continuously damage nearby foes, as well as possibly slag them [Max 5]
- Tasty Ooze) When taking Slag Damage or standing in Slag, you gain regeneration for a time [Max 5]
- Eridium Waste) When Slagged enemies are killed, they leave a pool of Slag for a while. Enemies that stand in the pool may be slagged. [Max 1]

- Dirty Bullets) Kill Skill: Killing an enemy gives all weapons a chance to Slag for a time [Max 5]
- Hazmat) Attacking Allies with melee will siphon elemental effects on to you, curing them and increasing regeneration slightly as you take on the effect [Max 5]

- Fallout) Attacking Slagged foes at below 1/2 HP has a chance to deal Corrosive Damage and DoT [Max 5]

- Slag Warfare) Slag caused by you can stack up to 3 times, with each consecutive stack having 1/2 the previous chance to occur [Max 1]

- Cycloptic Blast) +Damage with Action Skill [Max 5]
- Lens Flare) Chance to “daze” foes and slow their movement with Eye Blast [Max 5]

- Rose Tinted) Shooting Shields or Armor grants a damage buff. Buff goes away when attacking Flesh [Max 5]
- Powered) Increases the range of Eye Blast [Max 5]

- Tier 3)
- Retribution) Taking damage increases the Damage of Eye Blast for a moment [Max 5]
- Beholder) Successfully hitting multiple targets with Eye Blast decreases it’s cool down [Max 5]
- Eye Beams) Action Skill Augment: When aiming down the sights and using Eye Blast, a concentrated beam of Slag Energy is done to a single target instead. Range and Damage is doubled. [Max 1]

- Concussive Blast) Eye Blast now has a chance to deal Sonic Damage* as well as Knockback [Max 5]

- Unleashed) Kill Skill: Killing an enemy will increase your fire rate, reload speed, and damage of Eye Blast. Using Eye Blast spends this buff and it cannot be used for some time after, as well as debuffing damage for a time. Unleashed can stack up to 3 times. [Max 1]

- Sssneaky) Crouching makes you stealthy, allowing you to move past foes undetected until you attack them. [Max 5, increases "stealth" per rank]
- Sssurprise!) You can bury Grenades when crouching. Buried grenades only go off when someone steps on them, and deal additional damage the longer they’re buried. [Max 5]
- Thanksss brother!) Melee Override: Melee attacks can steal items from foes. Additionally, while crouched this deals no damage. [Max 1]

CLASS MODS:
The Scourge's class mods currently are his masks, as seen in the concept picture. Team effects include Team Movement Speed and Team Elemental Resistance.
Need some ideas for these... generally classes have like, 10 different types of mods?
