I hope this is a fine proposal on a new character. So let's get started
History of Zavyer:
This is a story about a guy who loves explosion, well that is the simple him. Zavyer was the problem solver and a problem to his county. His solution to every problem was Explosives, but that was also a problem itself. He was always concentrated on solving what was to be presented at him, however when the problem at times seem insurmountable and when he fails, he would throw a major tantrum and wreak havoc with a display of fireworks fit for the destruction of a planet.
He is diagnosed with having an Explosive personality disorder, where at random times of the day, he would just pile explosives at random places of the county and watch the fire works, only to apologize for his actions later on.
Zavyer had no family when he was young, that is according to him obviously, but some predicted that he blew his parents up as they were a problem to him. This left him is stress when people would accuse him or ask him of such a situation before his personality disorder would kick in.
Zavyer also hated arguments with no proof in them, often this leads to some explosive moments with him, while others watched the fire works build up in pressure as they scurry to find proof or apologize. He never jumps to conclusion, everything has to be link to him if not it would be too chaotic and the result messy.
Zavyer however feels unaccomplished despite being a friend to almost every county's people and solving most of their daily problems. He feels he has yet to do more good to witness the grandest explosion in his life, one which he can use to bring upon absolute destruction and awe.
Thus he traveled to Pandora to look for ways to fulfill himself. However on his stay, he finds out not only about handsome jack, but the cult of the follower's of the vault. He eventually learns of the horrors and glory in the vault and decides to embark on a journey.
A Journey to find that vault, in an attempt to destroy it's stop the horrors from coming out and to protect the people and well possibly " WITNESS THE BIGGEST EXPLOSION IN HISTORY!!!!"
Description(Personality) of Zavyer:
Zavyer was an average person in terms of his stature, but many knew of his amazing throwing and catching skills. He would also stutter in most of the things he would do, but his emotions all blank. However when there is an explosion, his whole personality changes to one of sinister smiler of madness and cunning.
He has an Explosive Personality disorder but has the ideal of a noble person. He would talk in complete and perfect sentence structure, but with a Texan accent and swap in some words with slang from time to time.
His dressing style of that of a cowboy, but with a helmet instead of a hat and "goofy" looking googles. His favourite weapons, are you guessed it explosives and shotguns.
Game Play Of Zavyer:
He is has a average health and defense built. His comments usually filled with a surprising grasp of english, but there are times he speaks with pure slang or a mix of both. His melee attack would be using of the butt stock of the current gun equipped to whack the enemy
His action skill would be 'Splosive Personality. The screen would be like Gunzerker during his Gunzerk mode where it would be yellow gold with bright explosive feel with a sinister laughing in the back ground as he will dual wield dynamites instead of guns.
These dynamites would not eat up on ammo, but can be thrown by him for a period of 20 seconds. Cool down would be 60 seconds. During 'Splosive personality, Zavyer will only be able to use dynamites and there won't be any game changers to use in-game weapons. He won't gain health regeneration perks during 'Splosive Personality mode, but he would gain shield regeneration instead.
He would be able to throw the dynamites which would either explode on impact, or hit the ground and bouncing abit before stopping and exploding.
Skill Tree:
The 3 skill tree would be Body Dexterity, Vibrant 'Splosion and Wild West.
So Body dexterity would focus on the skills which enhance grenade throw distance, grenade and rocket ammo capacity, damage resistance to explosion and the speed of throwing grenades. There would be 2 game changers, first which enable him a 50 % chance to catch grenades thrown at him and add it to his grenade pile, or allowing him to throw more than 1 dynamite with each hand, possibly 3 for each hand.
The second talent tree, Vibrant 'Splosion would focus on enhancing elemental grenade, Blast radius of grenades and dynamites, Damage of explosive weapons and Duration of action skill. There would be 3 game changers in this talent tree. First game changer would cause dynamites during 'Splosive Personality mode to have random elemental effects. The second game changer would cause Dynamites to explode, before 5 splitting into 5 dynamites and exploding again, like cluster grenades. The final game changer would let Zavyer use Fat mans (fallout of reference) instead of dynamites, which would cause a nuclear explosion effect with enhanced blast radius, however rate at which dynamite is thrown is slower.
The third talent Tree Wild West would focus mostly on shotguns and revolvers, ammo capacity of shotguns and revolvers, the reload for them and accuracy of the guns. This talent tree would consist of 3 game changers, first would allow the instant reloading of all weapons after 'Splosive Personality for 10 seconds. The second would be allowing changing the punch melee attack to a kick followed by a shotgun shot, and the final game changer would be allowing him to digi-struct him a mechanic horse during 'Splosive Personality mode for which he would throw Dynamites off the horse and when the 'Splosive personality run's out the horse would digi-struct away. The horse would have a health meter which would be like a vehicle.
