Another boring character concept: Holy Man

Good morning everyone. I've done some thinking over the last week or so and came up with a character that I am currently calling the Holy Man (I also named him Shaktis). So, take a look-see, I'm interested in whether or not people would be interested in playing as this character or what ideas they have that could tweak some of the skills. I purposely included a lot of game-changers in the skill trees, but see what you think.

I'd appreciate any and all feedback!

Shaktis came to Pandora in search of freedom from religious persecution. What he found instead was the Hyperion Corporation attempting to take total control of the planet, rendering it a far cry from what he was looking forward to. In order to satisfy his own desires for freedom, Shaktis has decided to take up arms against the Hyperion Corporation and rid Pandora of its newest oppressors.

Consecrate: Consecrates the land the player is currently standing on in a circle around him, using a 3 meter radius as a default. While standing on this consecrated land, the player and teammates deal +40% damage, +50% critical hit damage, +75% fire rate, take -25% damage and -50% effect duration. Any enemies who enter the area deal with -60% movement speed, +50% damage taken, -50% gun accuracy. Consecrate lasts 30 seconds with a 50 second cooldown.

Creator
Tier 1
Weakness Is My Strength – player gains health regen when shields are depleted (1/2/3/4/5%)
Bigger Is Better – increases team magazine size (6/12/18/24/30%)
Tier 2
Whites of Their Eyes – increases bullet speed and gun accuracy (20/40/60/80/100%, 4/8/12/16/20%)
Candy Van – enemies are slowly drawn towards the consecrated area
Size Counts – Increases the size of the consecrated area (5/10/15/20/25%)
Tier 3
Ask Questions Later – allies regenerate ammo while on the consecrated land (2/4/6/8/10%)
Try This On – any enemies who enter consecrated land are immediately slagged
Roll the Dice – Scoring a critical hit increases critical hit damage of the next shot fired, but decreases regular damage of the next shot fired (+8/16/24/32/40% CH damage, -9/18/27/36/45% other damage)
Tier 4
Angel of Mercy – shooting allies from on consecrated land heals them (7/14/21/28/35% of damage is healed)
Now You See Me… – stepping outside the consecrated area doubles both damage done and damage taken for the player
Tier 5
Wings of a Dream – Increases the length of consecrate (6/12/18/24/30%)
An Apple a Day – using consecrate restores 50% of health and shields to anyone who is standing on the area when it is consecrated
Tier 6
You Get One Brah! – all allies have the land beneath them consecrated when it is used. Consecrated land does not stack.

Preserver
Tier 1
Survivor – increases maximum health (5/10/15/20/25%)
Immovable Object – increases shield capacity and recharge rate, lowers shield recharge delay (2/4/6/8/10% cap, 3/6/9/12/15% rate, 4/8/12/16/20% delay)
Tier 2
Sticks and Stones and Shields – increases spike and nova damage, increases absorb and booster rate, increases amp damage (+2/4/6/8/10% spike/nova/amp damage, +4/8/12/15/20% absorb/booster rate)
It Compels You! – melee override: Shaktis deals massive melee damage to one target in melee range. If Shaktis is standing, the melee attack heals Shaktis for 50% of the damage done; if Shaktis is in FFYL, the melee attack resets the countdown timer. Cooldown is 20 seconds, can only be used once per FFYL session
I Never Die – increases FFYL time and Second Wind health (3/6/9/12/15% FFYL time, 15/30/45/60/75% health)
Tier 3
Flesh Wound – increases elemental resistance chance (5/10/15/20/25%)
Lease on Life – player can aim down sight and throw grenades in FFYL
Rabbit Run – increases movement speed in FFYL and for a few seconds after gaining a Second Wind (7/14/21/28/35%)
Tier 4
All Day Adrian – killing enemies who are on consecrated land increases the duration of Consecrate (2/4/6/8/10%)
Guess Who’s Back – if the player is downed while on consecrated land, gaining a Second Wind will eliminate the cooldown on it
Tier 5
…Now You Don’t – Being on consecrated land grants health regeneration (2/4/6/8/10%)
Tier 6
As You Vish – consecrated land is mobile will follow the player

Destroyer
Tier 1
Feel It! – increases gun damage and elemental effect chance (3/6/9/12/15% damage, 5/10/15/20/25% effect chance)
Make It Rain – increases fire rate and elemental effect damage (5/10/15/20/25% fire rate, 4/8/12/16/20% effect damage)
Tier 2
Burninator – killing an enemy with fire increases reload speed and aim speed for a few seconds (6/12/18/24/30% reload speed, 11/22/33/44/55% aim speed)
Slash and Burn – increases fire rate and gun accuracy for fire weapons, greatly increases weapon swap speed (4/8/12/16/20% fire rate/accuracy, 14/28/42/56/70% weapon swap speed)
Tier 3
Burning River – killing an enemy with an elemental DoT decreases the cooldown on Consecrate (2/4/6/8/10%)
Ring of Fire – consecrated land disappears in a flash of fire, damaging and igniting nearby enemies; this can be triggered early by activating Consecrate again while it is already active
Bio-Ember – killing an enemy with an elemental DoT regenerates ammo for a few seconds (1/2/3/4/5%)
Tier 4
Flamethrower – destroying an enemy’s shields has a chance to set them on fire (8/16/24/32/40%)
Rocky Creed – dealing melee damage while on consecrated land deals explosive and fire damage
Tier 5
Ashes to Ashes – dealing fire damage returns some of the damage as health (3/6/9/12/15%)
Antioch – gives player a Consecration Grenade. Grenade will consecrate the land around where it explodes
Tier 6
Shivved with a Shank – fire damage is not reduced against shields and armor while the player is standing on consecrated land

2. Summoner (+consecrate time) – Miraculous (…Now You Don’t), Divine (Size Counts), Enduring (All Day Adrian)

4. Priest (+shield cap, -shield recharge rate) – Divine (Size Counts), Fortified (Immovable Object), Shredding (Sticks and Stones and Shields)
5. Shaman (+elemental damage, +elemental chance) – Aggressive (Slash and Burn), Natural (Flesh Wound), Eternal (Ember)
