Lets make the Bandit class everybody wants

So ive been looking around and when it comes to new classes the most popular suggestion is the Bandit.
I also would like to see a bandit class so lets make one, everything from his appearance to his action skill to his talent trees.
If this thread gets popular enough and we can manage to actually put together an interesting class maybe just maybe gearbox will put some thought into it.
