I come up with a concept for a new class. Please give some feedback.

Action Skill
Alien Tech
Digistructs a mighty alien weapon. Last until magazin is depleated. Contains 20 shot. You can't swap weapons
while you are carrying your alien weapon. Has 45 seconds cooldown.
Marrauder-Tree
Tier 1
Trickster - Increase melee damage by 3% and weapon swap speed by5% per level (5/5)
Still life - As long as you carry your alien weapon you regenerate 0.2 of your maximum health per second (5/5)
Tier 2
Outside your Shell - When your shields are depleted you gain 2% additional movement speed and 10% additional melee damage per level (5/5)
Foreign species - Your melee attacks have a 20% chance to slag enemies (1/1)
Perfectionism - Increases gun damage by 4% and gun accuracy by 3% per level (5/5)
Tier 3
Recurring phenomena - Killing an enemy reduces your cool down by 1 second. Canonly occur every 3 seconds (5/5)
The universe within me - Melee Override. Pull enemies close before releasing an explosive blast. Has a cool down of 20 sec. (1/1)
Peer through time - While carrying your alien weapon your movement speed is increased by 2% per level. Additionally you gain 3% damage resistance per level. (5/5)
Tier 4
Your death was not in vain - Killing an enemy with your alien weapon restores 2% shield and health per level. (5/5)
Tier 5
Splinters - Adds additional barrels to your alien weapon. Fires 6 pellets, each dealing 35% of the regular damage. Decrease accuracy by 50%. (1/1)
Bow to my will - Kill Skill. Killing an enemy increase you gun damage, critical hit damage, accuracy, melee damage, movement speed, and Fire rate by 5% per level for a short while. (5/5)
Tier 6
I am the Warrior - Each shot from you alien weapon deals additional slag, explosive, incendiary, corrosive or shock damage. Adds a splash effect to each shot. (1/1)

Tier 1
One with everything - Increase magazine size and reload speed by 3% per level (5/5)
Everlasting - Regenerate 0.2 of the health you are missing every second per level (5/5)
Tier 2
Big Bang Theory - Increases Grenade damage and radius by 2% per level. Decreases grenade fuse time by 1% per level (5/5)
Drain Power - Kill Skill. After killing an enemy you gain the ability to restore 0.5% shield per level whenever you hit an enemy for a short while. (5/5)
Tier 3
Faster than the speed of light - Increases Movement speed by 2% and Fire rate by 3% per level (5/5)
Hits like thunder - Your alien weapon is now able to fire in automatic mode. Each shot deals 40% of the regular damage. Increases fire rate. Your ammunition capacity is trippled. (1/1)
Alien Artillery - Increases Launcher Magazine Size and Launcher Ammunition Carrying Capacity by 1 per level. Additionally increases Launcher reload speed by 10% per level. (5/5)
Tier 4
Unnatural Impact - As long as you are carrying your alien weapon, your melee damage is increased by 100%. (1/1)
My blood is your downfall - If you suffer health damage, your Gun and Melee Damage is increased by 2% per level for a short while. Can stack up too 5 times. (5/5)
Tier 5
Ammo Conservation - Whenever you kill an enemy, you and your team regenerate 2% of all ammunition they are currently missing per level. (5/5)
Tier 6
Eridian Grenadier - Adds a grenade launcher to your alien weapon. While carrying your alien gun, press [Action Skill] to fire grenade. Each grenade deals massive explosive damage. Contains 4 grenades. Alien Tech does not end when your grenade capacity is depleted, but remaining grenades are lost when your alien gun is out of ammunition. (1/1)
Shielded-Tree
Tier 1
Siphon - Killing an enemy grants you a stack that adds 1.5% Shield Capacity and decreases Shield Recharge Rate by 1.5%. Up too 150 stacks possible. (1/1)
Resisting - Whenever your shield takes damage you regenerate 0.2% of your maximum health per level (5/5)
Tier 2
Offence is the best Defence - Whenever you kill a target with your alien gun, you recharge 5% of your shield per level. (5/5)
Vampiric Addiction - Killing an enemy with a melee attack releases one shield orb per level that automatically seek targets and restores 1% of your or a team mates shield for each Siphon-Stack you posses. Consumes 10% of your current Siphon-Stacks. (5/5)
Tier 3
Reality is for the close minded - Shooting an enemy with your alien weapon has a 2% chance per level of not consuming but instead generating ammunition. (5/5)
Enkindled - As long as youre suffering from a status effect, your shots deal additional damage of that element. The bonus damage scales with the damage you're suffering. (1/1)
Thirst for energy - Increases the maximum amount of Siphon-Stacks you can have by 20 per level. Additionally whenever you gain a Siphon-Stack you have a 10% chance per level to get an additional stack. (5/5)
Tier 4
Eternal Flame - Kill Skill. After killing an enemy you have a 20% chance per level to spread any status effect you are currently suffering to enemies that are close to you for a short while. (5/5)
In the eye of the beholder - Your alien weapon is now equipped with a zoom. While zoomed you have increased accuracy. (1/1)
Tier 5
Beauty of Suffering - As long as your shield is not fully charged your Fire rate is increased by 10% and you regenerate up too 5% of the health you are currently missing per level. Constantly consumes Siphon-Stacks. (5/5)
Tier 6
Time for Vengeance - Activating your Action Skill releases a massive slag nova that consumes all your Siphon-Stacks. Damage and radius depend on the amount of stacks consumed. (1/1)
