So, with Borderlands 2 being my #1 game since it came out, and highest hopes of someday joining gearbox as an artist, I'm going to post some work I'm doing in my spare time. Hopefully I will get some great feedback on this forum! (This is my first time trying Borderlands' style, and I'm LOVING it!)
Here's my first concept: A locker which, when opened, gives you the bird! (And, of course, the gun's name should be "The Bird"!)

My model of it, no textures-

And my first textured piece-

(The caption reads: {Omega} Tech, It Works, Unless you paid discount... and on the back there's a small caption that says {Omega} Tech, Discount Bullets, hahaha!)
SO?! What do you guys think? Have I done a great job capturing their style? It's low poly, stylized, funny- I love it! (And it's all done with a hand painted diffuse map- no specular, normal, etc. I THINK this is how they do it.) But seriously, any feedback is appreciated- I constantly aim to improve! (I'll try to add updates by editing this main post, so it's easy to check.)
